Singularitee Case Study

Jenna Cooper recently joined Singularitee as Sales Director with her role being to focus on growing and maintaining their client relations. Singularitee offer a comprehensive range of IT services to business of all sizes, with their main aim to help their clients secure data, enhance productivity and minimise technology costs wherever possible.

Singularitee’s Challenges

Singularitee had a customer who was moving offices at short notice and needed a temporary internet service to support the business whilst their new Fibre Leased line was installed. Having considered various internet options to bridge the gap, the main challenge was guaranteeing the performance and consistency needed to support their business applications including VOIP telephony.

The Solution

Everything Voice were able to propose a temporary 4G connection to resolve the lack of high speed internet when they initially moved in to their office. 4G was able to offer a quality, reliable and high speed connection and was very quick to implement taking less than a week from order to implementation.
