Did you know you can activate Do Not Disturb on the handset with feature code *97 if you do not have a dedicated button. To cancel DND, press #97.
When this feature is activated you will see the icon below on the handset.
Having this feature activated results in no group, internal or direct dial calls coming through to your handset. This is a great feature to utilise when you have a large workload and would prefer not to be disturbed by calls.
