Collaboration Sound Permissions

When using Wildix Collaboration in your browser, you may be prompted with a notification regarding Sounds playback and permissions.

The browser is asking for permission to playback sounds for Ringtones within the browser.

To allow this, click on the padlock icon next to the PBX web address and select Site settings:

Scroll down to Sounds and change from “Automatic default” to “Allow”

This will give the browser the necessary permission and the notification will not display again.

All permissions can be revoked at any time but may lead to loss of functionality.
