Emails from the phone system appearing in spam or junk

When you receive an email from the phone system, it may be addressed from the staff member but will actually originate from the phone system.


Your email system knows this wasn’t from your colleague and may move it to your spam or junk folders as a safety measure. To avoid this, add the following domains to your Safe Senders list:

This will enable you to receive voicemails, conference invites, call reports etc back in your normal inbox rather than the Spam or Junk folders
