Kings Secure Technologies (KST) provides comprehensive security, fire & life safety services, including manned guarding, CCTV monitoring, and electronic security and fire systems. They focus on delivering tailored solutions to various sectors such as retail, industrial, and commercial properties.
KST turned to Everything Voice for robust and secure cellular services, 4G and 5G SIMs, Robustel Routers, and round-the-clock technical support. Additionally, Everything Voice provided secure VPN connections from their estate to their NSI Gold Alarm Receiving Centre, along with single and dual path solutions. These services ensure that KST’s surveillance and access control systems operate seamlessly and securely.
The Challenge
KST required advanced administrative capabilities for their 4G router solution to enable dashboard configuration, statistics analysis, and remote management with a secure end-to-end solution. They faced issues with real-time remote configuration and needed comprehensive health diagnostics for their routers.
The Solution
KST utilises Mobile Data SIMs and routers for remotely monitored CCTV systems and cloud access control systems. Everything Voice enabled remote configuration of routers, providing easily displayed statistics and health diagnostics, including signal strength and online/offline status. This solution streamlined their operations, reduced downtime, and enhanced overall security management.
