Neil Hutchinson, Co Founder & Director of Business Development
Neil began his telecommunications career in 1999 as a Corporate Account Manager for one of the UK’s largest telecommunications and Unified Communications resellers....
...eventually moving to a Global Convergence distributor with responsibility for managing their UK Telecommunications, Networking and Unified Communications business.
Having co-founded Everything Voice in 2011, Neil has overall responsibility for the Sales, Marketing and Commercial side of the business and is very customer centric, always striving to develop mutually beneficial partnerships with new and existing clients alike.
According to Neil “...it’s more important for us as a business to put the client at the centre of any proposition we offer, and so listening, understanding and recommending the right technology and services is most important part of my role. This process takes time and patience but is ultimately very rewarding for both ourselves and our customers”. Clients new and old consider Neil as very customer focussed, approachable and completely committed to addressing their key business issues.
Away from Everything Voice, Neil enjoys a busy home, spending time with his children and cooking – particularly skilled at the Sunday roast!
Richard Foleher, Co Founder & Technical Director
Richard has overall responsibility at Everything Voice for the excellent service and technical expertise we deliver including pre-sales, implementation and ongoing customer support...
...He sets the business apart through his absolute dedication to providing the highest standards and quality of service and constantly strives to improve and find new ways of doing this. Our clients definitely benefit from his ability to stay very calm under pressure, something which he instils throughout the technical and support team, ensuring a smooth and well planned service delivery every time.
Having worked with SMB clients for many years, Richard has grown to understand the needs of this type of organisation in great detail and has developed a strong skill for communicating with people at all levels, genuinely placing their best interests at heart.
An excellent problem solver and hardworking, with a sought-after knowledge of voice and communications technologies, Richard has a range of adventurous hobbies outside of work, with his family, fishing and astronomy being amongst his favourites!
Mike Batters, Director
As Co-Founder of Everything Voice’s sister company, NETprotocol, Mike Batters joined forces with Everything Voice in 2011 and became an active member of the Management team....
...His focus to date has been to optimise the opportunity to combine the voice and commuications experience of Everything Voice with the IT technical expertise NETprotocol can offer, creating a largely unique and superior service experience for clients UK wide.
With great synergy existing between the two businesses, the partnership has gone from strength to strength since it began, reinforced by a rebrand taking place in 2015 to represent the closely connected and perfectly integrated proposition that the two business can together offer.
Mike has developed a genuine enjoyment and unique ability for predicting and overcoming the technology challenges of clients large and small and prides himself on staying at the forefront of new and emerging technologies, helping his clients stay ahead of their marketplace and perform to their full potential.
There is nothing more that Mike loves, than advising clients on how technology can support them in driving forward their future strategic direction, with this long-term approach fitting perfectly with the underlying principles of the Everything Voice brand.
A tech and gadget geek at heart, Mike is also a keen cyclist (he completed the Manchester to London cycle ride for charity recently) and is always up for a challenge. When he finds time to relax, he is usually making the most of his time somewhere abroad with his family.
Paul Walker, Director
As Co-Founding Director of Everything Voice’s IT sister company, NETprotocol, Paul became part of Everything Voice’s management team in 2011 when the two companies....
...decided to merge their expertise, creating a completely unique combination of IT & Business Communications solutions within the UK.
Paul has worked in IT Consultancy since 1989 with a particular focus on the Legal sector. Applying the superior technical standards of Legal clients to the services Everything Voice offers clients across a range of sectors, has provided a real sense of added value to our business.
Paul’s genuine consultative approach fits perfectly with the ethos and values of Everything Voice’s proposition, where helping our clients raise performance and efficiency through improved business communications sits at the heart of everything we do.
Having worked with and advised on technology solutions for clients ranging from multinationals, Top 500 law firms to multi-sector SMBs, Paul offers Everything Voice’s client base a long-term perspective through his very broad knowledge base and skillset.
Proud to tell us that the most important element of his job is working with clients on a day to day basis, Paul is far from ‘behind the scenes’ and works alongside the technical team at Everything Voice to consult and advise on anything from strategy through to specific support enquiries
As dedicated to his local football club, Rothwell FC, as he is his clients, Paul enjoys his role as club chairman and enjoys the rest of his spare time with family and friends.
